This series, titled "Confetto," is named for the singular form of confetti, which originated in Italy as candy-coated almonds thrown during weddings and festivals.

Each of these eight paintings focuses on the idea of a single, vibrant unit of celebration. The tall, narrow format captures these bright, abstract forms as if frozen in a moment of joyous flight. Viewed together, the series transforms the individual "confetti" into a dynamic cascade of color and light, much like the original candies filling the air.

Mounted on floating panels, the artwork itself seems to hover, creating a modern and festive installation that honors the sweet, symbolic origins of a timeless tradition.
