This work is an extension of my fascination with energy, space, and the voids in between. I wanted to capture that sense of space and energy rushing to fill that space. This painting explodes with Pop Culture energy and motion. Each color; reds, blues, yellows, greens, and purples, is applied by hand in various degrees of tints and thicknesses using various tools - some nontraditional to achieve the desired effect.
